reasonable price to travel round trip to disney world? Park tips please?
I added everything up and it would be approximately 2,288 dollars give or take some to drive round trip from Michigan to Disney World in Orlando Florida. My family (Im 15) Want to do this as cheep as possible so any tips for traveling there and how to save money would really help.
I want to have as many pros for going as posible!
there are dozens of pros to going to disney world, im 17 and i couldn't sleep the night before we left! 
honestly, the price you have listed here is very reasonable for a round trip to disney. my family and i live much closer (georgia) and it cost us around $6,000 for a 9 day trip, however that was including staying in one of the deluxe resorts. Im not sure if the price you have is staying in a regular hotel or motel or staying on property, but i would suggest splurging and staying on property if at all possible. to save money, just stay in one of the value resorts such as the all-star resorts (music, sports, or movies) or Pop Century they're around the same price as regular hotel per night (around $82-95 during off season or fall and $105-120 during regular season). while it may seem expensive at first, getting on the dining plan will save you tons of money in the long run! it saved us hundreds, because you get tons of food and its all delicious, quite personally my favorite part of going! if you do those two things, it'll put your parents minds at ease because bus transportation is provided at the resorts so they wont have to drive to any of the theme parks and they wont have to fret about how to pay for food and everything because it will already have been paid for, not to mention then they wont have to carry cash or credit cards in the park. however, if you decide these things are completely out of budget, there are tons of hotels around the park, and even a mcdonalds on property now so you could save that way, it would just be more work. Also, it's worth it to stay longer, the longer you stay the cheaper park tickets get, our last day it was $5 for each 
When you're driving there, be sure to fill up before you get into florida, the gas prices there are always very high b/c of all the tourists going through there and such. it's definately worth whatever amount you all pay, you'll make so many memories and it really is just as magical and happy as they say. Some don't miss rides would be:
Animal Kingdom: Kilimanjaro Safaris and Expedition Everest (we had one of the employess who was actually from Africa tell us the safari looked exactly like where he was from, and it's a different experience each time)
Hollywood Studios: Toy Story Mania! (be sure to get fastpasses for this early on, they run out fast!) and Star Tours II: The Adventure Continues (just opened this year, over 50 different possible ride experiences!)
EPCOT: Soarin', Test Track, and Mission Space (Fastpasses for all of those run out quickly)
Magic Kingdom: Pirates of the Carribean, Jungle Cruise, Haunted Mansion, Space Moutain, and Buzz Lightyear Space Rnager Spin
