Does anyone know what metals contain nickel?
not sure where to ask this question. Im setting up my own business selling jewellery making supplies, i know that there is a uk regulation which means i can only sell nickel free items, but i need help finding out what metals contain it (unless stated).
Could you answer the following
Does copper contain nickel?
Tibetan silver contain nickel?
any other metals that you can think of.

Copper does not contain nickel. Chemically copper is an element meaning in simple terms it is one pure metal.
Tibetan silver is an alloy (mixture of two or more element metals) of silver with nickel (or tin)
Cupro-nickel is an alloy of copper and nickel with a "silver" appearance and is used to make "silver" coins
Look up "alloys of nickel" in Wikipedia and you will find a list of 27 nickel containing alloys.
